• Our navigation relocation bracket makes it possible to
  • position the BMW Navigator in the rider’s natural line of sight above the TFT display
  • attach numerous commonly used mounting systems for navigation devices or smartphones, also in the rider’s natural line of sight above the TFT display
• Relocation of the BMW Navigator above the TFT display
  • By contrast, the original holder is located below the TFT display and forces the rider to tilt their head downwards when reading or operating the device
  • To relocate the BMW Navigator above the TFT display, the active section of the original navigation holder—the docking station that accommodates the BMW Navigator—is simply mounted on the navigation relocation bracket
• Important note regarding relocation of the BMW Navigator:
  A longer connection cable* is required to relocate the BMW Navigator to its new installation position. This is not a plug-and-play cable extension, but involves replacing the existing connection cable.
  As the connector is located underneath the tank, the relevant parts of the motorcycle must be removed in order to replace the cable. Please therefore allow for the additional installation work involved.
  We recommend having the installation and/or cable replacement carried out by a specialist workshop. Further information on installation and the work required to relocate the navigation system/device carrier can be found in our installation instructions under the “Instructions / Notes” button.
