This Wunderlich GUARD engine protection bar offers the optimal balance of protection and weight.
This engine guard design is also focused on delivering maximum protective performance. Thanks to the geometry of the compact three-part bar system, the high-performance engine and its components are reliably protected. The system consists of a left and right bar, each with two mounting points, and a central connecting brace. The custom-fit design closely follows the engine's lines and gains additional rigidity and stability through its compact structure. It is securely mounted at two specific points on each side. In the event of a fall or tip-over, the resulting forces are distributed across four total mounting points. This significantly reduces load spikes from external impacts, helping to prevent damage.
Bonus: crash bar protectors included
To complement the engine protection concept, the bar comes with two pre-installed crash bar protectors (#70211-002), included in the delivery.
Our practical and durable protectors are made from impact-resistant polymer material and help prevent scratches on the protection bars. They feature a robust aluminium clamp and are securely mounted with four bolts. The design is functional yet refined thanks to the shape and surface texture.
Installation is simple and straightforward.
