Optional: Lock set codable to your vehicle key
With the codable lock set, the luggage system can be conveniently secured using your vehicle key. As vehicle keys cannot be replaced, we offer security lock cylinders that can be individually coded to your BMW key and then installed. A coding guide is included, as the coding must be done using your original key. This eliminates the need to carry extra keys. Please order separately: #30164-200.

Innovative vario case set combining premium design with outstanding flexibility. A standout feature is the bicolour side covers with integrated aluminium inlays, which lend a premium, technical appeal. The volume can be expanded by an impressive 50% via the integrated extension system.

Each case can be extended by 70 mm to suit your specific storage needs. These vario cases are among the most compact motorcycle cases capable of accommodating a modular helmet when extended.

This flexibility means they always offer the right storage capacity when needed – and when not, they keep the bike’s profile sleek. This proves particularly advantageous in urban environments or narrow spaces, reducing the risk of catching on obstacles while parking, in traffic jams, or aboard ferries. Handling becomes more agile due to the improved centre of gravity, especially when compared with similarly sized fixed cases. Wind load impact is also noticeably reduced.

The cases are compatible with our X-RACK light and X-RACK light DirectLock pannier racks. When fitting to X-RACK pannier racks, the adapter #30187-002 is also required.

The side covers feature a stylish black/aluminium bicolour look with the embossed Wunderlich logo – making them real eye-catchers. A proven sealing system ensures contents are reliably protected from the elements.

Each case includes two inner mesh nets to secure and separate luggage. This helps keep things organised and offers space for small travel essentials or documents.

The innovative Smart Lock system offers maximum security and convenience. The cases can be opened, closed, mounted and removed from the bike in seconds. Integrated, foldable handles make them easy to carry when off the bike.

Each set includes two matching locks. An optional lock set that can be coded to your BMW vehicle key is available separately (#30164-200).
