Handcraftsmanship and Precision

The carbon components are laminated by hand with great experience and care, ensuring consistent fibre alignment without distortion. After curing in the autoclave, the edges are precisely trimmed by robot to guarantee perfect fitment and the highest quality.

Unique Plastic Powder Coating

A globally unique step in Ilmberger’s production process is the complete plastic powder coating of all carbon parts. This protects the components from environmental influences and gives them an incomparable depth effect. The sealing prevents ageing and significantly extends the service life of the parts.

Perfect Surface Finish
